Education and professional career
Roland Balgah is professor of Development Studies at the University of Bamenda, visiting research at the University of Cologne, and visiting professor at Sol Plaatj University in South Africa. He researches on Human-nature-sustainabilty interactions in contexts of poverty and livelihoods, hazards and conflicts, and their consequences on sustainable development in Africa.
